Select ‘New Session’
Name your session and choose a destination folder. Name researcher requests according to the job number, followed by the name of the collection. Example: 175_Seward if job 175 is a request to image documents from the Seward Family Papers. The job number and collection name are both on the physical box and spreadsheet provided by RBSCP. Save researcher requests on the PhaseOne drive in the Job_Requests folder.
Name other digitization requests after the main collection name and save them under the Larger_Projects folder on the PhaseOne drive.
Click OK – this creates a folder in your destination folder with 4 subfolders: Capture, Selects, Output and Trash.
