You have set the LCC, white balance, focused the camera and prepared your naming structure : you are ready to start imaging your first object.
You can use your mouse cursor, the pedal or cmd+k to take a picture.
If your capture counter is set properly, your image counter will go up as you take pictures, so you don’t have to touch your naming structure.
If you need to delete an image and reset your capture counter, you can either do it manually by returning to the menu or press cmd+alt+k.
To check your focus as you shoot, you can add focus windows to your screen.
Go to Window –> Create floating tool –> Focus
It is a good idea to place two focus windows to keep an eye on both your object at 100% and the target.
You can remove the tool at any moment
Periodically check your color value throughout your imaging session. It is important to stay consistent.
