You need to set up a proper LCC profile before adjusting the white balance of your image.

Once your LCC profile is set up, take a new picture of your color target.
In the top drop down menu, select pick white balance.
Zoom in on the color target and pick a value between 13 and 15.
It is important to be consistent: choose a value that is working for your lab setup that you will use for all of your digitization projects.
It is also recommended to record the temperature and tint value, in case the settings change and you need to go back to your original values.
